May 2026 | Cologne, Germany From May 25 to May 30, 2026, we at EDT TECH LAB UG had the absolute pleasure of hosting an inspiring group of adult learners from HOTEL SCHOOL Hotel Management College right here in Cologne, Germany. It was an honor to welcome these participants—including individuals with fewer opportunities—and provide them with a tailored English Course for Travel and Tourism (A1/A2 level) designed specifically to meet their needs. Bridging the Digital Divide True to our core mission of fostering technology-enriched lifelong learning, our curriculum went beyond traditional language training. We guided our guests in mastering Artificial Intelligence (AI) for learning purposes. Seeing them confidently embrace and utilize these modern tools was an incredibly rewarding experience for our entire team. The Power of Adult Education Hosting this mobility trip beautifully illustrated why we are so passionate about what we do. Stepping back into education does so much more than teach new skills; it transforms lives. Through our time together, we witnessed firsthand how lifelong learning: Builds immense personal confidence by empowering individuals to step out of their comfort zones. Welcoming the Italian Hospitality School to Cologne
May 2026 | Cologne, Germany From May 24 to May 31, 2026, we at EDT TECH LAB UG had the absolute joy of hosting adult learners from the Italian Hospitality School for their Erasmus+ mobility program right here in Cologne, Germany. It was a truly wonderful and inspiring experience for our entire team and everyone involved. Empowering Skills for Hospitality and Beyond Over the course of the eight-day program, we worked closely with the participants to help them strengthen essential competencies. Our tailored curriculum was designed to foster both personal and professional growth through: English Language Sessions: We focused on improving their everyday communication skills, helping them build confidence in diverse, real-world settings. Digital Skills Workshops: Our team led hands-on sessions designed specifically to build their comfort and confidence in using modern technologies. AI Tools Training: In line with our core mission, we guided learners through practical applications of Artificial Intelligence, focusing on how these tools can be leveraged in both the hospitality sector and daily life. Cultural Activities: We loved stepping outside the classroom with our guests to explore Cologne’s rich history, share our local traditions, and introduce them to our vibrant community. It was incredibly rewarding to watch these adult learners embrace new technologies and immerse themselves in the local culture.
